About Me

About Sharon Edwards

I am a qualified counsellor and I offer one to one counselling for adults in a safe, confidential and supportive space.
Counselling can enable you to talk about difficult situations and feelings with a trained practitioner. It is a process that may help with exploring your thoughts and emotions and gaining self-awareness. Some of the difficulties I work with include depression; anxiety; stress; losses in life such as loss of a relationship, direction, identity or career; bereavement; low self-confidence / self-esteem; mental abuse; panic attacks and life changes.
I have extensive experience of working with people who have complex needs and I bring these skills to my counselling practice.
